John Bear serves in the Wyoming House of Representatives (District 31) and is the former Chair of the Wyoming Freedom Caucus — one of the most successful state caucuses in America. Under his leadership, Wyoming conservatives organized, won key elections, and passed bold reforms defending freedom and faith in government.
He’ll share lessons from Wyoming’s success story and how South Dakota can follow suit in 2026 and beyond.
