Phil Jensen

Representative, District 33

Phil Jensen, a resident of Rapid City, South Dakota, has served as a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives representing District 33 since 2021. A small business owner, Jensen has a long history of legislative service, having previously served in both the House (2009–2013) and the Senate (2013–2021). He is known for his staunch conservative positions, including strong support for pro-life and Second Amendment issues. Jensen, a Republican, has consistently advocated for minimal government interference and has been recognized for his commitment to conservative values throughout his career.

John Carley

Senator, District 29

John Carley was elected to the South Dakota State Senate representing District 29. John is a businessman who successfully runs numerous companies in hospitality, tourism, marketing, and technology and serves on many non-profit boards.  Carley brings decades of leadership experience working with many types of people. He is known for championing lower taxes, landowner protections, religious freedom, First and Second Amendment rights, and election integrity. A dedicated member of the South Dakota Freedom Caucus, he emphasizes liberty, fiscal restraint, and family values in every legislative effort.

Tina Mulally

Representative, District 35

Tina Mulally, a resident of Rapid City, SD, was first elected to the South Dakota House of Representatives representing District 35 in 2018. Mulally has received the Award for Conservative Excellence in 2019 and the Award for Conservative Achievement in both 2020 and 2021 from the American Conservative Union Foundation. Mulally was endorsed by the NRA both in 2020 and 2022, and has received “A” ratings from the National Rifle Association, SD Right to Life, Family Heritage Alliance, and SD Citizens for Liberty. Mulally won her 2022 primary and general election, against a Democrat challenger.
